Youth Engagement Officer
Limited Tenure
- $46.9645 per hour plus superannuation
- Limited Tenure from now to mid-February 2026
- Part-time - 36.25hrs/fortnight. Days negotiable.

- An innovative problem solver, able to identify emerging trends and issues to effectively address the developmental needs of young people 12-25
- Committed to continual improvement of youth engagement initiatives
- A dynamic team player, adept at working within both the Council environment and direct program delivery with young people
Operationally the position supports the organisation in:
- Implementation and evaluation of Council's Youth Strategy
- Ensuring young people 12-25 years have access to high quality, age-appropriate activities and programs
- Connecting community, young people and the youth sector
Please note, as this role does involve direct delivery of youth programs some out of hours work is required, once or twice a month on average.
